In the early 1950s, Sir Hugh Beaver, the managing director of the Guinness Book of World Records, discussed the fastest game bird in the world with another hunter. He couldn’t find any information in any book, which later inspired him to create Guinness as a book to help settle arguments.

Kimberly Winter from Maryland’s burp measured 107 decibels. That’s as loud as a motorcycle with the throttle wide open. Winter said she had beer and coffee with her breakfast to maximize her record-breaking burp volume—the loudest burp by a male measured 112.7 decibels.
Fastest Five Meters on a Scooter by a Parrot
Chico the cockatoo rode a bird-sized scooter 16.4 feet in 14.58 seconds to break his own record. Five days earlier, he’d rode his scooter 16.4 feet in 17.79 seconds.
